Little League International is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Sassano to its staff as Senior Executive in Information Technology. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Sassano brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Little League team.
In his new role, Sassano will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Little League’s technology strategy, ensuring the organization’s technology infrastructure is modern, secure, and efficient.
Sassano’s extensive background in IT includes experience in software development, data analytics, and project management.
Before joining Little League, Sassano held various leadership positions at companies such as IBM and Oracle, where he was responsible for leading large-scale IT projects and teams.
‘I am thrilled to join the Little League team and contribute my skills and experience to help drive the organization’s technology initiatives,’ said Sassano.
Sassano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
In his free time, Sassano enjoys playing golf and volunteering at local youth sports organizations.
Little League International is a non-profit organization that provides a youth baseball and softball program for children around the world.

Sassano’s appointment is effective immediately, and he will be based at Little League International’s headquarters in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
